- Reguläre Teilnehmende: 30 €
- Promovierende: 20 €
- Studierende: 10 €
Eine Registrierung vor Ort ist mit einem weiteren Aufschlag möglich: Regulär: 30 € / Promovierende: 20 € / Studierende: 10 €

Teilnahmegebühren
Die Kongressteilnahme ist kostenpflichtig. Die Gebühren sind im Voraus zu zahlen. Etwaige Bankgebühren gehen zu Lasten des Zahlungspflichtigen.
Stornierung der Konferenzteilnahme
Alle Stornierungen und Rückerstattungsanfragen müssen schriftlich erfolgen und bis spätestens 15. August 2025 bei uns eingegangen sein. Für jede Rückerstattung wird eine Bearbeitungsgebühr von 70 € erhoben. Etwaige Gebühren im Zusammenhang mit der Rückerstattung per Banküberweisung sind vom Zahlungsempfänger zu tragen.
Bei einer Stornierung nach dem 15. August 2025 oder bei Nichterscheinen erfolgt keine Rückerstattung. Es kann jederzeit eine Ersatzperson benannt werden.
Programmänderungen
Der Veranstalter behält sich auch kurzfristige Programmänderungen vor. Für ausgefallene Vorträge oder Änderungen im Programm erfolgt keine auch anteilmäßige Erstattung von Teilnahmegebühren.
Haftung
Der Veranstalter haftet im Rahmen der verkehrsüblichen Sorgfalt entsprechend den Gesetzen der Bundesrepublik Deutschland. Ihre Haftung - ohne Rücksicht auf den Rechtsgrund - beschränkt sich auf Fälle von grober Fahrlässigkeit und vorsätzlichem Fehlverhalten. Das beeinflusst jedoch nicht die Haftung des Kongressveranstalters und der Personen oder Organisationen, die Personenbeförderungen oder andere Dienstleistungen anbieten. Mündliche Absprachen gelten als nichtig, wenn sie nicht durch den Veranstalter schriftlich bestätigt sind.
Erfüllungsort, Gerichtsstand
Erfüllungsort ist Lübeck, Gerichtsstand für alle Parteien ist Lübeck. Es gilt das Recht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland.
Conference Fees
Participation in the congress is subject to a fee. Fees must be paid in advance.
Any bank charges are payable by the registrant.
Cancellation of Conference Participation
All cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing and received by us no later than August 15, 2025. A processing fee of €70 will be charged for each refund. Any fees associated with processing the refund by bank transfer are the responsibility of the payee.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after August 15, 2025, or for no-shows. You may name a replacement participant at any time.
Program Changes
The organizer reserves the right to make last-minute changes to the program. No refund of fees will be made for cancelled talks or program alterations.
Liability
The organizer’s liability is limited to the exercise of due care customary in transportation in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Your liability - regardless of the legal basis - is restricted to cases of gross negligence and intentional misconduct.
This does not affect the liability of the congress organizer or of any persons or organizations providing passenger transport or other services.
Oral agreements are void unless confirmed in writing by the organizer.
Place of Performance and Jurisdiction
Place of performance is Lübeck; legal venue for all parties is Lübeck. German law applies.
